RETURN POLICY

Perfectly Black is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Perfectly Black is not responsible for any duties that may be incurred on delivery.

 

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.

Perfectly Black is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or delivered to a location other than the one indicated, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice.

Perfectly Black is not responsible for shipping delays.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

Lost and/or stolen packages are insured under the shipping carrier. Perfectly Black is not responsible for packages lost or marked delivered by the carrier.  

If you suspect that your package has been stolen, and your tracking number says delivered, please contact your local carrier and file a claim.

Please let us know if your package was lost so that we may advocate for you. In your email, please include your claims number.
